Alfa Chemistry offers an extensive catalog of catalysts in a wide range of applications. Alfa Chemistry's customers are pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including Pfizer, Novartis, Merck & Co., Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Bayer. Alfa Chemistry is also a preferred partner for many universities and non-profit institutes. We are looking for sales specialists who specialize in biology and chemistry, who will contact our customers, maintain old customers, develop potential customers, and continue to develop new businesses to ensure long-term business cooperation and success.

Basic Skills

• Maintain close contact with customers, responsible for consulting, contracts, order progress, product quality monitoring, delivery processing, logistics arrangements and after-sales service
• According to the market trend, ensure the updated direction of the product
• Develop marketing campaign plans for key products
• Support the long-term strategic value-added goals of the sales team
• According to customer needs, estimate and submit solutions

Qualifications

Basic

• Master's degree in chemistry/biology-related disciplines will be more advantageous.
• Chemical professional background, must be able to provide professional technical support.
• Strong teamwork, communication and expression skills.
• Strong organizational skills are preferred.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred

Have the ability to design experiments, analyze data and independent experiments, and be able to cooperate and solve problems.

Physical / Mental

The ability to independently conduct experiments in an organic chemistry laboratory is required.
